The Agostani Maia Small is a professional capsule coffee machine designed for HoReCa businesses that need a reliable, fast and easy-to-use system, without giving up the ability to prepare espresso, long coffee and milk-based beverages.
Its key feature is the presence of two independent dispensing groups, which can operate at the same time, allowing you to prepare two coffees simultaneously. This is particularly useful in small cafés, restaurants, trattorias, farmhouses, kiosks, clubs and accommodation facilities such as small hotels or guesthouses.
Maia Small uses exclusively Caffè Agostani capsules from the “Small” range, making coffee preparation extremely intuitive: the operator inserts the capsule from the top using the dedicated handle and can start dispensing without having to perform the typical operations required by traditional coffee machines, such as grinding, dosing and tamping the coffee. This feature makes the machine particularly suitable for businesses where service is handled by non-specialized staff.

The two groups can be used simultaneously, and the beverage volume can be programmed according to your needs. It is also possible to adjust the coffee temperature to further customize the result in the cup.
The Thermal Block heating system, together with a configuration featuring two boilers dedicated to the coffee groups and an additional boiler for water and steam, is designed to support professional use and ensure efficient management of the machine's various functions.
Maia Small also features a steam wand, essential for preparing cappuccinos, macchiatos and other milk-based specialties, as well as a hot water valve, useful for tea, herbal teas and other beverages. For those who want to make milk preparation even easier, a dedicated automatic milk frothing accessory is also available.
The machine has a large removable 2.7-liter water tank, making it particularly suitable for continuous use in a commercial environment.
The presence of two used-capsule containers, each with a capacity of approximately 30 capsules, provides a total capacity of around 60 capsules before emptying is required.
The height-adjustable cup holder makes everyday use more versatile. The 304 stainless steel construction gives the machine a professional appearance and a build suitable for daily use, while the LED display allows the main functions to be easily monitored and managed.
Available functions also include a programmable standby mode, designed to reduce energy consumption during periods of inactivity, as well as an automatic cleaning and descaling reminder system, set by default after approximately 3,000 dispensing cycles.
